Information you provide

The inquiry form collects your name, email address, website address, selected service and message. We use this information to assess and respond to your request and discuss potential services. Please do not submit passwords, payment data or confidential customer records.

Where inquiries go

Inquiries are stored in the website’s private WordPress request inbox, accessible to authorized administrators. Where email notification is configured, a copy or notification may also be processed by the configured email provider. A submission receipt confirms storage, rather than guaranteeing that an email has arrived.

Technical information

The form uses security checks and temporary rate limiting to reduce abuse. The web server and hosting systems may record technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested URLs and timestamps, for operation and troubleshooting.

AI assistant

The assistant provides preliminary information based on what you share and approved website content. It has not inspected your website and does not promise a diagnosis, price, availability or outcome. Messages and relevant approved site content are sent to OpenAI to generate answers. Please avoid passwords, API keys, payment details and confidential customer information. OpenAI processes these requests under its API data practices; see OpenAI’s API data controls. We do not claim that provider processing has zero retention.

Conversation continuity and inquiry handoff

New diagnostic conversation saving is disabled. Historical consented conversations remain accessible to authorized administrators until their existing scheduled seven-day deletion; cleanup depends on the WordPress scheduler running. Recent conversation and inquiry drafts can remain in browser session storage. AI questions still involve processing by OpenAI; disabling website diagnostic storage is not a promise of zero provider retention. The assistant saves an inquiry to the private WordPress inbox only after you review the details and explicitly agree to send them. Conversation alone does not submit an inquiry.

Cookies and tracking

Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose “Allow analytics”. “Necessary only” keeps analytics off while inquiries and the assistant remain available. Use “Cookie preferences” to change your choice later. Your choice is remembered in this browser for up to 90 days. When a supported Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal is present, the initial choice is necessary storage only. With permission, Google Analytics measures visits and how visitors use the pages. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes technical information about visits. Withdrawing permission disables the current tag, clears the site’s standard Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop the loaded tag. Cookie deletion may depend on browser and domain settings. Advertising signals and ad personalization are disabled in our site tag. Confirmed inquiry submissions generate a Google Analytics lead event containing an opaque receipt identifier. The event does not include your name, email, website address, message or conversation text. Direct visits to the thank-you page do not generate a lead event. See Google’s Privacy Policy for information about Google’s processing. WordPress uses essential cookies for authenticated administration and related site functions. Short-lived receipt and feedback cookies support form confirmations and validation. An essential signed browser-session cookie supports assistant usage limits. The browser keeps recent chat, inquiry drafts and receipt duplicate-suppression data for the current browser session. Public inquiries do not require an account. External websites linked from this site have their own privacy practices.

Access and retention

We use inquiry information for business communication and administration. It is not sold or used for advertising profiles. Website inquiry records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days, or may be deleted earlier by an administrator. The scheduled cleanup depends on the website’s task scheduler running. Email correspondence is retained separately in the business mailbox. Backup copies may persist until the backup’s retention period ends. Access is limited to people authorized to handle the site and inquiry.
