WordPress Help & Troubleshooting
A broken website rarely arrives with a clear explanation. Tell us what you see, what you expected and when it started.
We investigate across WordPress and the connected services instead of asking you to decide which technical layer is responsible.
Problems we can help investigate
- A page that fails to load or displays an error.
- A form that submits but does not produce the expected notification.
- A layout or feature that changed after an update.
- A plugin conflict or an integration that stopped working.
- Login, redirect, domain or HTTPS problems.
- Slow pages or inconsistent behavior between devices.
A practical path from symptom to fix
First, we reproduce the issue where possible and review recent changes. Then we use relevant logs and controlled tests to narrow the cause. We preserve a recovery point before making changes and check the affected workflow afterward.
Some problems require cooperation from a host, payment provider or another supplier. We explain what the evidence shows, what can be changed and what remains dependent on that provider.
What to include in your request
- The website URL and affected page.
- What happens and what should happen instead.
- When you first noticed it and any recent changes.
- The device or browser involved, if relevant.
Do not send passwords, payment details or customer records through the inquiry form. We arrange access separately if needed.
Common questions
Do I need to know which plugin caused it?
No. Describe the behavior. Identifying the responsible component is part of the investigation.
Can every problem be fixed immediately?
Diagnosis, access and third-party dependencies vary. We agree the next step after reviewing your request and do not promise a resolution time before investigation.
Is this the right place for a checkout problem?
Yes. Our WooCommerce support page explains store-specific work.
Describe what is happening
Send your website address and describe the problem or change. You do not have to diagnose it first.
